The Scaling School (TSS) operates on the belief that entrepreneurs are needed at every level of society. TSS helps start-ups and entrepreneurs find clarity in their business journey — refining their ideal customer profile, mapping market players, clarifying team roles, and developing a roadmap for scaling. Central to this is “Scaleup in a Box”, a toolkit of four tools delivered through interactive workshops.

CHALLENGE
As TSS shifted focus to live workshops and programs, they needed a facilitator and business coach who could understand how CEOs and founders think and work, design an effective workshop experience, and fully adopt TSS's methodology and process. This became an ongoing assignment, with workshops facilitated regularly throughout the year on an as-needed basis.
SOLUTIONS
As Lead Trainer, I facilitate the group learning experience and deliver a clear understanding of TSS's tools, coaching teams to dig deeper into their business challenges and development needs. Through TSS, I've delivered programs for clients including Stockholm Stad, Business Vantaa, Almi, and ViennaUP — coaching entrepreneur cohorts across tech, retail, lifestyle, energy, and food industries. I follow TSS's broader methodology while contributing to the development of their facilitation philosophy.
