Before moving to independent consulting, I have worked closely with founders and founding teams across a variety of roles giving me an insight into business and cultural development like no other. My roles have differed from Studio Manager, Graphic Designer, Creative Strategist, Head of Creative, Learning Designer, Process Manager, Lead Trainer and Operations Director. Each role has helped me with the next and as a result, I’m a big advocate of transferable skills.

I thrive in start-up or scale-up environments and personal yet straight-to-the-point interactions. I’m a self-starter, and love finding + solving a good challenge. Growing up in the chaotic megacity of Mumbai and then spending much of my adult life in the much calmer, restrained Stockholm means I intuitively adapt my approach to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders, whether in fast-paced or reflective environments.

Having been raised by a creative mother and a scientific father has taught me to follow my heart; but also never back down until I find a solution. I’m interested in a few different things, but mostly planetary health, food and community.
