After a series of meetings with Rikard to understand the brief and the company's current stage, I developed a workshop built around four exercises with a deliberate emotional arc, moving between past and future. The session opened with a short check-in inviting participants to envision their role in Twigeo's future. This was followed by a longer exercise, adapted from Brené Brown's work on operationalising values, in which the team discussed value based behaviours they already exhibit. To balance this heavier exercise, I introduced a lighter, more joyful segment for the team to reminisce over shared experiences at Twigeo. The session closed with individual reflection on personal takeaways.

I delivered a full session plan with timeline and contingency options, slides, facilitation notes, and supporting templates — walking the CEO through everything in a meeting to ensure clarity and address questions. The result was a plug-and-play workshop that set both the facilitator and team up for success!
