Twigeo’s Learning & Development Program

I led the concept, development and execution for Twigeo’s company-wide learning program from 2021-2024.

  • Developed an inclusive learning program to create a common performance focused language and ensure all employees received consistent building blocks for success.

  • Content included feedback, self-leadership, communication, diversity, insight generation and design thinking.

  • The program was designed annually, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes.

  • Accommodated various learner types, considering the diverse functional teams within the company, each with unique learning and collaboration styles.

  • Selected, briefed and built relationships with external speakers.

  • Coached internal experts to deliver their own learning sessions.

  • Coached team leads to reinforce learnings from the sessions.

  • Conducted remote, hybrid and in-person sessions for the teams in Stockholm, New York and beyond. 

  • Selected and implemented a suitable Learning Management System (LMS).
