Twigeo’s Learning & Development Program
I led the concept, development and execution for Twigeo’s company-wide learning program from 2021-2024.
Developed an inclusive learning program to create a common performance focused language and ensure all employees received consistent building blocks for success.
Content included feedback, self-leadership, communication, diversity, insight generation and design thinking.
The program was designed annually, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes.
Accommodated various learner types, considering the diverse functional teams within the company, each with unique learning and collaboration styles.
Selected, briefed and built relationships with external speakers.
Coached internal experts to deliver their own learning sessions.
Coached team leads to reinforce learnings from the sessions.
Conducted remote, hybrid and in-person sessions for the teams in Stockholm, New York and beyond.
Selected and implemented a suitable Learning Management System (LMS).
